We have a new fitness room at our store.

Our new fitness room is now avaiable complete with training equipment and designed for simple workouts.

Of course like our other rooms, it features a fully private and auto-locking key entry system, so you can exercise without worrying about others.

Here is a list of the equipment available in the room.

・Ab Roller
・Adjustable Dumbbell (11-88 lbs)
・Push Up Bar　
・Training Bench
・Pull up machine
・Yoga mat

The fitness room also comes equipped with a PC, allowing you to train while wathing YouTube or other videos.

Please note that even if you only use the fitness room, membership registration is required (If you already have a membership card, no new registration is needed.)

For those using CoCoNe rooms or those on a long -term plan, we offer a special rate of 300yen for 1hour and 500yen for 2hours.

Whether you want to refresh yourself with some exercise, train, or bring your own eqquipment, we welcome you to use the facility.

CoCoNe is also equipped with a shower, so you can freshen up after your workout (additional fee of 400yen, including a bath towel)
